How listings are checked

Every listing on MiniRecruit links to an opening on the hiring company's own official job page. Before I publish a role by hand, I open that page to confirm the role is live and that the pay, location and requirements shown here match it. micro1 roles come straight from micro1's partner job feed: they are refreshed every few hours and removed automatically when they close. When any other role closes, I take it down. Sometimes a role may expire, and I'm truly sorry about that, but everybody can make mistakes.

MiniRecruit Integrity Standards: How We Screen Companies

At MiniRecruit, our mission is to connect AI specialists with safe and fairly paid opportunities. We don't list platforms at random. Every company we list goes through our 4-step screening:

• Public reputation check: we follow independent review platforms (Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Reddit) and community reports. Companies that show serious irregularities, such as purchased fake reviews or suspicious one-day spikes in ratings, are removed.
• Transparent payments and rates: we only list companies that state their payment structure clearly (USD payouts) and pay the rates they advertise, with no hidden fees or unreasonable withdrawal thresholds.
• Anti-scam screening: we remove platforms the community reports for blocking accounts without justification or withholding payments under the pretext of subjective evaluations.
• Company identity check: we make sure the companies posting jobs are legitimate AI research labs, established startups or industry-recognized platforms, to keep out phishing and data harvesting.
