MiniRecruit is an independent, curated directory of remote job openings in AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation and related work. In this policy, “MiniRecruit”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of minirecruit.com. You can reach us at office@minirecruit.com.

You can use MiniRecruit without creating an account. We never ask for your name, email address, CV or payment details, and you never submit a job application here: applications happen on the hiring company's own website.

MiniRecruit doesn't set cookies for visitors. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your light or dark theme, the jobs you save, and a copy of the job list so pages load faster. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The site's fonts are served from minirecruit.com itself, so opening a page doesn't send your IP address to Google or any other font service.

MiniRecruit shows no advertising and uses no analytics services, advertising networks or social media trackers.

Apply buttons take you to the hiring company's own website. Some are referral links, so that company may know you came from MiniRecruit. Anything you share there is covered by that company's privacy policy, which we recommend reading before you apply. The same goes for our community pages on Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Discord.

If you support MiniRecruit on Ko-fi, Ko-fi handles the payment under its own privacy policy and may share details such as your name and message with us. We use them only to thank you.

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we don't share them with anyone.

Because we don't keep information that identifies you, there is usually nothing to look up, correct or delete. If you have a question or request about your privacy, write to office@minirecruit.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
