For Companies
Two ways to work with MiniRecruit: find the people you need, or turn the knowledge you already have into revenue.
Your roles, in front of people who actually want them
Most job boards show your opening to everyone and hope someone cares.
MiniRecruit does the opposite. Every listing goes to one audience: people who have chosen to work in AI training, data annotation, model evaluation and expert knowledge work. They are not browsing out of curiosity. They are looking for exactly the kind of work you are offering.
What you get
- Your role, published and visible. Title, description, location, compensation, with your company named as the source and applicants sent straight to your own application page. No middleman, no rewriting, no account required from candidates.
- Distribution, not just a listing. Every role is shared with our community on LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram and Discord. We choose the communities that match the role rather than broadcasting everywhere, because a post in the right place beats ten in the wrong ones.
- A clean, fast page per role. Structured for search engines, readable on a phone, no clutter and no pop-ups between your role and the person reading it.
- Honest reach. We will tell you plainly what our traffic looks like before you commit. No inflated numbers, no vanity metrics.
Two ways to list with us
If you run a referral or affiliate programme, listing is free.
Not for a month, but for as long as the partnership runs. We send you candidates, you pay us only when one of them actually works out, through your own programme. Nothing upfront, no invoices, no fixed fees. This is how we work with most of our partners, and it is the arrangement we prefer: it costs you nothing unless we deliver.
If you do not run one, your roles are free for the first month.
No contract, no card, no automatic renewal. You see what the traffic looks like, then you decide whether it is worth continuing.
Either way, you find out what we are worth before you commit to anything. We would rather prove it than promise it.
Who we work with
MiniRecruit is selective about the companies it lists, and we prefer to say so upfront rather than let anyone discover it later.
Every enquiry goes through an initial review before we reply. We look at the company, the roles, the application process and the way candidates are treated. If a listing does not meet our standards, we decline it. That decision rests with us, and we are not obliged to justify it beyond a short answer.
We do not list roles that:
- ask candidates to pay anything in order to apply, be trained, be assessed or be considered;
- misrepresent pay, working hours, contract terms or the nature of the work;
- collect personal data beyond what the role genuinely requires;
- cannot be traced to an identifiable company with a verifiable presence;
- put the people who use this site at any kind of risk.
Companies found to breach these standards after being listed are removed from the platform, and that removal is permanent.
None of this is bureaucracy. People come back to MiniRecruit because what they find here is real, and that trust is the only asset this platform has. We protect it ahead of any individual listing, including a paying one.
How to start
Send us an email with the roles you want listed, or just a link to your careers page. We will tell you within two working days whether your roles fit our audience, and if they do, they can be live the same week.
Email us at office@minirecruit.comIf you run a referral or affiliate programme, say so in your email and send us the link to join it. That is the fastest route: once the programme is set up on our side, your roles can go live straight away, at no cost to you.
Or: turn your company's knowledge into revenue
Not hiring? If your company has years of documentation, processes and internal communication, that archive may be worth money.
AI labs need real operational data from real businesses: how work actually gets done, not textbook theory. micro1 runs an Enterprise Data Partnership programme that pays companies for exactly this kind of material.
Who this is for
- Companies winding down or already closed. Your Slack or Teams history, documentation and project records still hold value, even if the business no longer trades.
- Operating companies with mature processes. Established documentation, defined workflows and a real knowledge base.
- Companies with 30 or more employees, which is where micro1 sees the strongest fit.
What kind of data qualifies
- Standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Internal knowledge bases and wikis
- Workflows, templates and operational frameworks
- CRM data, project histories and QA processes
- Records of how teams actually made operational decisions
- Operational communication archives, such as Slack or Teams
You stay in control
This is the part most companies ask about first, so here it is up front. Before anything is shared, the company defines:
- The approved scope: exactly what may be shared, and what is excluded.
- Anonymisation and redaction requirements, with personally identifiable information removed where relevant.
- Security and confidentiality standards, and the internal approval process.
micro1 states that access is limited to a small number of authorised team members, that data is processed in isolated pipelines separate from other engagements, that it is retained only for agreed periods, and that companies can review representative samples before use. Deletion requests are honoured under the engagement terms. Companies retain ownership of their underlying data.
How it works
- Assessment. Complete a short form describing your company and the data you hold.
- Evaluation. micro1 reviews the submission to judge fit.
- Discovery. If there is potential, they ask for more detail and schedule a call covering data scope and privacy requirements.
- Partnership. If approved, the agreement and data requirements are finalised and the partnership begins.
Compensation is agreed individually and reflects the value, volume, uniqueness and relevance of the data provided.
Before you apply
- Documentation should be primarily in English, and your representative should be able to communicate with the micro1 team in English.
- Demand is currently strongest for companies based in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Other Western markets come next; companies elsewhere may still be considered depending on active needs.
- You will need someone with the legal authority to agree to the use of the company's data.
This link is a referral link. MiniRecruit may receive a referral reward if a company we introduce enters a partnership, at no cost to the company. Referral rewards vary and are paid by micro1.
MiniRecruit is an independent job board and is not part of micro1. Eligibility, compensation and all partnership decisions are made solely by micro1. This page summarises publicly available information; for official details see micro1's Data Partnerships page.
