About the Role

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity for experienced air cargo and parcel claims professionals to review and analyze real shipment evidence from anywhere. Typical assignments include examining origin and destination cargo photos, scrutinizing air waybills, and assessing delivery photo disputes. Your responsibilities will also involve drafting clear, well-reasoned custody and liability determinations. Professionals with backgrounds in airline, ground handling, and parcel carrier claims are particularly encouraged to participate. All activities are fully remote, offering maximum flexibility. Responsibilities & Tasks

• Review and analyze documentation related to cargo and parcel claims, including air waybills, shipment photos, and delivery records.
• Assess evidence to determine custody, liability, and compliance with release rules for disputed shipments.
• Draft clear and concise written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in air cargo, ground handling, or parcel carrier claims examination or dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of custody determination, release rules, and liability assessment in air and ground freight contexts.
• Proven expertise handling parcel delivery disputes and interpreting freight documentation.
